Shipping Policy

SmartWebDesk does not ship goods. Student plans and other services are digital and are delivered online to the account that paid. There is no courier, no delivery address, and no shipping charge.

Access starts when the payment is confirmed and the plan is activated. If payment fails or the same order is charged twice, the refund is handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We do not sell physical products, so there is nothing to return by post.
